This Privacy Policy explains how Rise Agency (“Rise Agency”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide through arcade-roadmap.com and the application form linked from it.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not submit an application.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the application form, we collect what you enter into it — which may include your name, email address, phone number, social media handles, details about your account or business, and anything else you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard server and security logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you request. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
This website does not run advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics.
2. How we use your information
- To review your application and decide whether we are a fit to work together.
- To contact you about your application and our services.
- To provide, and communicate with you about, services you engage us for.
- To keep records, and to meet legal or regulatory obligations.
3. Consent to be contacted
By submitting your information, you consent to Rise Agency contacting you by phone, text message, or email at the phone number and email address you provide. That contact may be sent using automated telephone dialing systems and may include AI-generated messages. You agree to be contacted this way even if the phone number you provide is listed on a state or national Do Not Call list.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
How to stop. You can withdraw consent at any time:
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply asking to be removed.
- Tell us on a call, or email us at the address in section 10.
Withdrawing consent stops future marketing contact. We may still need to contact you about an active engagement, or keep records where the law requires it.
4. We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Service providers
We use a small number of third-party services to operate. They process information on our behalf, under their own privacy terms:
- Google — the application form is a Google Form, so your responses are submitted to and stored in Google’s systems.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS, and security.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
6. How long we keep it
We keep application data for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to it, and to run any engagement that follows. If no engagement follows, we keep it only as long as it remains useful for legitimate business purposes, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see section 7.
7. Your rights
Rise Agency is a company registered in the United Kingdom and acts as the data controller for the information described in this policy. We process personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Our lawful bases for processing. We rely on your consent for marketing communications (which you can withdraw at any time), on legitimate interests for reviewing applications and running our business, and on performance of a contract where you go on to engage our services.
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your personal information.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing.
- Ask us to transfer your data to another provider (data portability).
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in section 10. We will not treat you differently for making a request, and we will respond within one month.
Complaints. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Age
This site and our services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
