These terms apply to your use of arcade-roadmap.com (the “site”) and to the application process operated by Rise Agency (“Rise Agency”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
This site is informational. It describes who we are and the work we do, and it links to an application form. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a contract, a partnership, or a guarantee that we will work with you.
2. Applications
Submitting an application does not create any obligation on either side. We review applications at our discretion and may decline any application for any lawful reason, or without giving a reason. Any engagement that follows will be governed by a separate written agreement between us — these terms do not create one.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that it is yours to provide, and that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Results are not guaranteed
This site shows earnings figures, dashboard screenshots, view counts, rankings, and other results from creators and accounts we have worked with. Those are specific past results achieved by specific people. They are examples, not averages, not projections, and not a promise of what you will earn.
Results in this industry depend on many things outside our control — including your content, your consistency, your audience, your niche, your existing following, the amount of work you put in, the platforms you use, and changes those platforms make to their rules and algorithms. Many creators earn little or nothing. You should not assume you will achieve any particular result, and you should not make financial decisions on the assumption that you will.

4. Communications
If you submit your information, you consent to being contacted by phone, text, and email, including by automated dialing systems and AI-generated messages, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw that consent at any time — the Privacy Policy explains how.
5. Intellectual property
The content on this site — including text, layout, design, and images — belongs to Rise Agency or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any related system.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the site.
- Submit false information, or someone else’s information without their permission.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the site.
7. Third-party services and links
The application form is hosted by Google, and this site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you leave this site or submit the form, you are subject to those companies’ own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
8. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rise Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — this site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
Rise Agency is a company registered in the United Kingdom at Companies House. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
